How do I submit a data erasure request?

Any user with an account can request data erasure using the form below.

Can erased information be retrieved at a later time?

Once you have sent a request and you have recieved an knowlegement of this then we cannot reverse it.

What will happen after filling in the export request form?

You will recieve an email asking you to confirm the request (unique link), click on this link and then we will be notified, after this just wait for the confirmation email (one we have reciewed the request). Then you will be provided with a link to download a file containing the data we hold on your account. Please note there is a 3 day limited timeframe to download this as we automatically delete this for security reasons.

Can I withdraw a data erasure request?

No it is not possible unless you have contacted us via email and we have not actioned it yet.

How can I request the erasure of data related to a closed account?

If your account is closed, all related data will be automatically erased once the required retention period has elapsed. We aim to automatically close inactive accounts when we choose to audit our websites and services. We notify all accounts in advanced via email to allow you time to make a decison.

How can I request my personal data from payment gateways?

We do not hold data for payment gateways as we only offer hosted checkout pages, please see below for further information:
