SBS Logistics
An identity with a character of its own.
Branding, 3D modelling and an interactive website concept for SBS Logistics. A connected visual identity, brought to life through a custom truck character and a scroll-led service story.
Branding meets 3D
The same identity, in another dimension.
We created the SBS branding, then took it beyond the logo. The colour palette, vehicle details and character treatment connect the website to a recognisable SBS world.

- Brand identity
- A coordinated emblem, wordmark and colour palette.
- Custom modelling
- A truck character, forklift and loading scene developed for the website.
- Motion & interaction
- Expressions, moving parts and a journey controlled by the visitor’s scroll.
01 / The brief
A starting point.
SBS brings transport, collections and recycling together. The challenge was to explain how those services connect in a way that feels approachable and distinctly theirs.
02 / Our approach
How we brought it together.
We developed the SBS branding and carried it into the website and custom 3D models. The truck and forklift turn a loading and departure sequence into a service story, with the same visual direction running through the identity, illustrations and enquiry experience.
03 / The work
What we worked on.
- 01
Branding & visual identity
Logo arrangements, brand colours and a visual direction carried across the website and 3D character.
- 02
Website design & build
An olive, forest and warm-white website presenting transport, recovery and company information.
- 03
3D modelling & character development
A custom SBS truck with separately controlled wheels, doors, eyes and mouth, alongside the forklift and loading scene.
- 04
Loading sequence
A forklift, pallet loading, opening doors, departure and an overhead camera transition.
- 05
Character animation
Blinking, smiles, a loading wink and an O-shaped mouth for information moments.
- 06
Service storytelling
Illustrated chapters for shredding, recycling rebates and collection options.
- 07
Responsive fallbacks
Motion-off layouts, readable mobile service flow and a still-image fallback for the 3D scene.
04 / A closer look
Built to move, and built to feel like SBS.
The character is more than a decorative model. Its doors, wheels, eyes and mouth are controlled separately, so the truck can take part in the story as visitors move through the website.
